What the form collects
The form asks for your name and preferred contact detail, vehicle information, requested service, goals, intended use and information you choose to include. Registration is optional. Please do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive documents.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to assess and respond to the requested service enquiry. Submission does not authorise work, confirm an appointment or subscribe you to marketing. Enquiries submitted through the form are stored in the site’s database. No public list of enquiries is exposed.
Service providers and anti-spam checks
The website uses Sites hosting and a Cloudflare D1 database. A daily one-way hash derived from the connection address is used to limit repeated submissions; the application does not save the plain IP address in its enquiry record. Hosting providers may process technical connection logs. Illustrative vehicle photographs are hosted on this website. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives ordinary connection information when they load. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp; no form details are sent there automatically. Any message you choose to send is handled through WhatsApp.
Contact and retention

The full legal operator identity and retention period have not yet been published and need to be confirmed by the business. Automatic email delivery is not configured.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. The hosting provider may use security cookies. Contact-button and successful-save event hooks are present for future measurement, but this website does not connect them to an analytics service. The enquiry form uses an in-memory submission reference to avoid duplicate submissions; it does not store form entries in browser storage.
